Low Season Rates: April 15 - June 15 and September 1 – October 31

• Ohana House rents for $150 per night.
• Valley House rents for $275 per night.

Mid Season Rates: June 16 - August 31

• Ohana House rents for $160 per night
• Valley House rents for $300 per night

High Season Rates: November 1 – April 14

• Ohana House rents for $195 per night
• Valley House rents for $350 per night

Exceptions
Please note that certain highly-attended Big Island events could greatly impact accommodation availability (many hotels pre-book years in advance) and will result in “High Season” rates. These include:

• The Ironman Triathlon in Kailua-Kona (usually held in October)
• The Merrie Monarch Hula Competition in Hilo (running each year from Easter Sunday to the following Saturday)
• Other marathons or events that come to the Big Island

Please reserve early if your Big Island travel plans falls during either event. Reservations on holidays such as Thanksgiving and Christmas will also result in higher rates.
